Some of Rensol’s customers demanded Rensol to create an offshore development center for them in India. Rensol has offered comprehensive set of services that include selection of location (in which city in India) , registration of the Company, renting/buying an office space for the customer, complete set up and renovation, installation and networking of hardware and software, communication line, recruitment and training, managing customers, managing project execution for a fixed period of time, Certification ( ISO 2001, CMM level 3, Level 5 etc) , transferring the whole operation to the customer after a planned duration. This is the stage at which Rensol exits and customer’s Indian Company takes over the Indian operation completely. Some customers only work till recruitment phase after which they take over the control of the operations and certain others want us to work till the transfer phase. Few customers did not allow us to exit and we are still supporting them for a small fee.
