Rensol has built a web solution for large corporates in India to manage Provident Fund (PF) accounting and investments by PF trusts.
This large and complicated application that can integrate remote locations for multilocational bussiness enterprises and can also interface with any existing Payroll Accounting System of the Corporation, was built and implemented in six months time.
This application integrates PF Investment Ledger and Individual PF accounting for the PF Trust of the customers. After the deduction of the PF contribution from the salary this amount is then invested in various Govt. institutions under the guidelines of RBI (Reserve Bank of India ). It consolidates PF contribution at the Head Office, accomplishes tracking of recoverable/Non-Recoverable loans and integrates investment. This solution has been developed in Java ( J2EE ), Tomcat, Oracle. It has been deployed on Java, J2EE, Weblogic with back-end Oracle 9i. It is being installed at over 48 locations of a large enterprise in a phased manner. This software allows employees to enter their employee number and see the PF statement on the web.
